Step 1: To create an RMA request of your order.
Step 2: To receive an approved RMA .
Step 3: To return the order.
Step 4: To receive the exchange of replacements once RMA is received by LE.
a. Read LE’s return policy before creating an RMA request at http://www.lightingever.co.uk/policy
b. For exchange replacements of different value, if the price is higher, customer needs to pay for the difference to our PayPal account: email@example.com , if the price is lower, we refund the difference.
c. If the client changes the shipping method or shipping address, LE reserves the right to refuse to pay for the extra shipping cost.
