What to do if I received missing items?

If you received missing items for your order, please contact LE customer support at https://lightingever.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new  and attach the pictures of the dispatch note, the packaging, the products you received, missing items or refund would be available in 24 business hours.

Please note that your order might be shipped by several parcels.
