What to do if I received damaged items?

If you received damaged items (dead, defective, not working, flickering, flash, not stable, faulty) for your order, please contact LE customer support at https://lightingever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new  and attach the pictures of the dispatch note, the packaging, the damaged products, SKU or bar code of the damaged items, new replacement or refund is available in 24 business hours.

    web site ask for drop down menu and no box and won't let you submit
