What shall I do if the page could not display when I was trying to open up a trade account by using Internet Explorer?

Step 1: Please choose “Change settings”


Step 2: Please choose “Advance” , then pull down “Settings”, then check “Use TLS 1.1” & “Use TLS 1.2”, then choose “OK’’ or “Apply” or “Confirm”


Alternatively you can also switch to another browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
